Visitation Policy & FAQs

To schedule a visit please email visit@vilashome.com. In the email, please state who you would like to visit and when you would like to arrive. You will receive a response confirming your visit. We try to accommodate all requests.

We encourage you to bring items your loved one needs, but please do not bring medications, ointments, or various other over-the-counter remedies to your loved ones. Everything administered here must be signed off by a doctor. We welcome any other gifts.

There are no specific hours at this time, all we are asking is that visits be around 1 hour long if possible and scheduled in advance.

All visitors are being checked in which includes a temperature check and screening questions upon arrival. Our front door remains locked to ensure that we are aware of all visitors who enter our building and can maintain a sense of structure and safety while we have visitors.

We kindly ask that you currently keep the number of visitors to just 2 people per visit. For children under 18, please only have 1 per visit.

At this time, we are keeping visits in the resident’s room or outside (weather permitting). You are able to take your loved ones out of the facility if you so choose for dining, shopping, hair appointments, etc. We simply ask that offsite events are scheduled with us in advance for the safety of our residents.
