Our leases run month to month so moving into the Vilas Home does not have to be the end-all decision for your loved one. Try it for a month or two and if you do not like it, you always have the option to move out. Once residents are settled, very few choose to leave, but it is an option if ever needed.
The monthly rent is comprehensive and includes internet, furniture, cable tv, local and long-distance telephone, heat, electricity, food, activities, medication management, case management, snacks, laundry, room cleaning, toileting, showering, in addition to other services and amenities.
Our monthly room rents range depending on room choice. We do our best to provide our residents with an affordable opportunity that will not break the bank. Our room rates are based off of the scope and depth of services and amenities we provide - all of which are included in the monthly fee.
